Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Low Tide Surfwear operates under a strict no‑nonsense return policy. Refunds or returns are only accepted when the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from what was advertised.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The customer provides clear photographic or video proof of the defect, including:

    • Full product photo

    • Close‑up of the issue

    • Packaging and shipping label

If proof is not provided, no refund or replacement will be issued.


2. Non‑Refundable Situations

Low Tide does not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Colour differences due to screen display

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by the customer

  • Delayed shipping (as shipping times vary by location)

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance

These conditions are strict and final.


3. Proof Requirements

To qualify for any refund or replacement, customers must submit:

  • Order number

  • Full name and email used at checkout

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If any required proof is missing, the request will be automatically denied.


4. Inspection & Verification

Once proof is submitted, our team will review the claim. Low Tide reserves the right to:

  • Reject claims that do not clearly show a manufacturing defect

  • Request additional proof

  • Decline any claim that appears altered, edited, or inconsistent

All decisions made by Low Tide Surfwear are final.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued as:

  • Store credit (default)

  • Refund to original payment method only in cases of verified manufacturing defects

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after approval.
